Our company occupies an area of 12000square meters, with more than 250 workers operating in two shifts, producing 600tons/month.

Casting technology - we are expert in casting processes, which means that you can turn to a single vendor for most of your casting needs. Our casting process is fine tuned for efficiency in both small lot and high capacity jobs.

QA/QC Introduction
We have years' casting and foundry experience, employing many senior engineers and using advanced quality testing machinery to optimize our working efficiency. Our QC personnel are equipped with such testing and analysis instruments as Italy F20 spectra direct-reading spectrometers, material analysis devices, Brinell and Rockwell hardness testers, tensile strength testing machines, microstructure analysis microscopes, etc.
With consistently high standards, we are now exporting around 90% of all items manufactured, providing high quality products to mining companies and suppliers of construction machinery.
research and Development
Our technological innovation system at Hangzhou Guanan Precision Casting Co., Ltd. focuses on technique as our center. In 2004, Professor Wang Kaile from Zhejiang University was hired as the core asset of our R&D training network in order to ensure the future development of Guannan. Furthermore, we work closely with other academics throughout China pursuing
scientific and technological developments in related fields.
We have over 10 engineers in our technical development department, with all personnel being highly experienced in their relevant fields.
